My Comment today is at first I was excited but a tad curious about the 3 Seasons Sean Payton went 7-9 with Drew Brees. I then discovered something that makes me feel so much better with him Coaching the Broncos. The Defensive ranking for the Saints in 2007 was 25th overall, 2014 was 28th and 2015 they were 31st overall. This current defense with little coordinator presence could easily be a top 15 defense. If they get Vic Fangio back, it would be a top 3-5 defense. Also, with Demeco Ryans being the Texans Head Coach, do you think the 49ers would go after Ejiro for the new DC? I’m not so certain, but wanted to hear your thoughts. Either way Go DNVR and glad we didn’t get a subpar coaching candidate with no experience from the Walmart Discount Bin!

Those crazy sons of beeps did it…they got the best offensive mind available for what I would consider to be “good” value despite all the noise!
I think this is a slam dunk hire. Guys like this don’t become available very often and when they do, you have to swing like the Broncos did for the other Manning a few years ago! I’m not saying it will be perfect, but I do think this will provide major stability and once a new GM arrives I think you’ll see all 3 phases in step with each other.
Also yesterday’s emergency pod was so fun! I hope we can break the like record again when the Broncos win the Super Bowl.
