And a lifehack, don’t feel like doing marshmallows over open fire, 10-15 seconds in the microwave. That’s some damn good marshmallowa.

Long one here and I am sorry. I wanted to reach out to everyone here and see if anyone would help make a dream come true. My stepmom was just diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic cancer and has never been to a broncos even though she is a lifelong fan. This is one of her dreams and I have to say thank you Ryan for getting back to me so quick and giving me the idea. Sorry guys, but it’s fish and chips again! I believe the oil the fish is cooked in makes a big difference. I don’t know why, but even Fish & Chips from London don’t taste the same, I’m going to say because Yorkshire is by the coast. Whitby is a great fish and chip town! Yorkshire Puddings are an egg, flour and milk batter that are usually served with a roast dinner, and are covered in gravy. We have a Yorkshire Pudding Day, which usually coincides with Super Bowl Sunday! They were also recently voted the UK’s most popular savoury food (Closely followed by fish and chips)! Keep up the good work, and go broncos!

I know Bronco county has been hard on Lock because of the last game he played. Which they shouldn’t be, but anyways anyone worried about it should go the NFL YouTube. Watch the highlights showing every throw Kyle vs the Raiders (Which was embarrassing). Also, watch Dwayne vs the Bengals (no as embarrassing). Lock more often looks like a more competent and collected QB (More often than both of these other two QB’s). I cannot wait to see what this guy can do the more he progresses which he surely will.

No question today, just wanted credit RK for helping me embrace my newest love cold brew coffee. For years I had a hate on for iced coffee and while on my family vacation driving across Alberta, it was too hot for coffee & I had hours left to drive when I saw cold brew on a drive through menu I decided to give it a try … wow I was blown away with how much I liked it. When I got home my drip coffee maker shoved aside; I think this cold brew thing is here to stay. Hey guys. Probably not the right place for this post (so don’t feel obligated to read it on the pod, but if you feel like other’s may benefit, go for it), but I don’t know where else to ask, and you guys are awesome. Just a couple questions/possible upgrade suggestions about the audio stories.

1.) First, they’re awesome, and I’m loving listening to them.

2.) Since I’m weird and never want to miss anything you guys put out there, I’m going back and listening to each story for every team, oldest first. After I listen to a pod for a team, I listen to a story for the same team. Here are some possible suggestions and a question for your next app update that could help users like me:

Have a date on each story so listeners know when it came out. I know that’s not applicable to people that are listening to them right when they come out, but maybe there are others like me that listen to them late.

Have a “Read” check mark so you can know you read/listened to a story. Or maybe a “New” tag by ones you haven’t listened to.

Are the new Buffs/Rams stories going to be converted to audio, or are they read only?

3.) I must have zoned out for some of this, but is there a golf outing/fantasy league for sure going on? If so, I’d love to get in. How can I do so

4.) Football question: Any update on the Su’a Cravens. At first it seemed like he was a long shot to make the team, but he has looked pretty solid on the few plays I’ve seen him in there.

Works been a disaster this summer, and I would like to thank you and all of the listeners for making these podcasts last longer and longer into my 12 hour overnights.
1: Ryan, Big fan of the creativity of the dishwasher salmon, I had to come up with some fun ways to cook in college, but my man you’re trying to be a refined adult here. Run to your local Asian Market, grab a steamer basket, some sake, mirin, soy sauce if you have none. Marinate the salmon in soy, ginger, scallion a little red pepper flake. Put sake, mirin, chicken stock into a pot, put the steamer basket on top of the pot, steam for ~8 minutes or until done. Serve with a nice white wine, or some sake.
2: My roommate is a Giants fan. At the beginning of last season when all Giants hope began to fade, he started looking into the college ranks for hope. In mid October I told him distinctly to hop off the Herbert wagon and hop onto the Lock bus. I haven’t commented since we drafted him, I just wanted to flex that I’ve been in love with his play, accuracy and all, for awhile. My roommate near cried with the Jones pick, and said some very uncouth things to me when we got Lock in the second.
3: R.I.P Mr. Bowlen
4: Fish and Chips with vinegar is choice, Zac. Tartar sauce is good, but nothing beats the acidic tang of a good malt vinegar.
5: Bachelor and such shows are so boring. I don’t hate on reality shows, if I’m going to watch the drama of reality at least also show me some great talents as well. I watch the heck out of Top Chef, RuPaul’s Drag Race, and Project Runway. Substance with my needless drama. Top chef is the best by far, and the Denver season is one of my favorites.
6: Question Time; have you noticed an educational difference in practice without the music? Does it seem like the coaches are able to get their points across easier without screaming, and the players pick up on them without the distraction of music? I thought it was a very interesting idea from Coach Fangio and was wondering if there have been noticeable differences so far.

8:Finally, to the nonsubscribers; the BSN articles are so in depth and informative it’s worth every penny. Give these fine fellows their well deserved nickels. And the T-shirts are as amazing as everyone says. My Mile High Lindsay is easily the most worn shirt in my repetoire and I can’t wait to see what else comes out.
Sorry for the long one, I just missed you guys so much. Hopefully work quiets down a bit and I can wake up before the pod drops more often.

People are leaving out one crucial detail when it comes to these BSN shirts. Sure, they’re pretty damn soft, but the fit through the shoulders is something special. As far as Kyle Shanahan goes, I think it’s fine that the Broncos passed him over. When you look at it, they ended up with his offense 2 years later anyways with Scangs, and you brought in a defensive genius to run the show. I would call that a win. Sure the VJ years sucked, but you need those down years to appreciate the success this franchise has had. Thanks for the great coverage and keeping me connected to the hometown teams wherever the Air Force decides to send me.

Just to clear things up, I am a she. I am a complete demographic wrecker for you. But I am a huge Broncos fan. We had tickets growing up and I went to just about every game. Agree with y’all on the Kyle Shanahan take. We’ll see how things go this year, but there’s a chance he could be the next Wade Phillips. Great co-ordinator but not meant to be a head coach. I’d throw a blank check at him to be our OC, if he gets fired by the 49ers though!

Seeing that Kittle isn’t out there, the match-up I’m looking forward to most is DeForest Buckner vs whichever interior guy he’s going up against. We’re playing some pretty good interior guys this year, so that’s as good a test of any.

Also, I was doing some snooping around some 49ers sites. They’ve got a player called Richie James who’s probably a roster bubble player for them. Sounds like he’s a pretty good returner, so hopefully y’all can keep an eye on him!
