Great pod and exciting times in Mile High.

Did you guys catch Elway’s comments to Peter King about drafting Paxton Lynch because he looked to fit what Gary Kubiak was doing on offense and then Gary getting sick and essentially blaming the Lynch failure on the fact that he was drafted for a system (Kubiak’s) that was no longer in play? I’m curious to get your take on that one. Keep up the great work, guys. It’s never dull in Broncos Country even in the off-season.

With this coaching approach by Elway this offseason, it really feels like he’s back to his 2015 self. When he made the many defensive signings, because the defense could not do anything against Seahawks in that horrific 2014 Super Bowl…

Anyway, with that being said. How do you guys think Elway will approach free agency this offseason?

Here in Brazil it’s an easy choice. Pats fans behave like they’ve invented football. They are veeery annoying like the americans Chiefs fans.

Since the Chiefs have no fanbase in Brazil, I don’t mind if they make the Super Bowl.

I know it’s a very particular point of view, but that’s how I feel here.

One positive of the Chiefs/Pats matchup: every Broncos fans will be cheering for the NFC representative in the Super Bowl this year. It is always far more enjoyable when cheering hard for one team!

As much as I dislike the Patriots, I could never root for a divisional opponent to make it to the Superbowl. Although it would be fun to watch Brees and Mahomes go blow for blow in the Superbowl.

First things first – Ryan and Zac, thanks for always making us long-distance fans feel like we’re right back home in Colorado every day (shoutout to the hometown, Limon!). I can’t explain how much I love this pod, and that’s before we even get into Broncos talk! Now down to business – the answer is Chiefs. It pains my soul so greatly to say that. And as a Husker fan (sorry Ryan, please don’t hate me), the patriots is a better option to extend the Nebraska streak of 25 years with a Husker on a Super Bowl roster (it’s down to Burkhead and Suh). Even still, I just can’t watch the Patriots dominate any longer. I’m all for some fresh new talent having their day, even if it is my enemy…And besides, it will be so much greater next year when we demolish the reigning champs not once but twice.

Just a side note……among other former Broncos players, Austin Traylor and Rahim Moore are part of the new Alliance of American Football (AAF) league. It starts Feb. 9th….Something to watch during the offseason!

Speaking of the offseason….Fellas….I was SOOOOO hyped about this last season by the time we hit the start of the regular season BECAUSE of the reporting you two did during the offseason. But as we saw…it just didn’t play out the way we expected it to…..

Are you guys going to tug at my hope strings again this offseason!?!? Just this podcast alone I am hyped about the upcoming offseason and regular season…….Hopefully it wont be such a roller coaster ride that we went through this last regular season. Leave that to Universal and Disney parks!

Ryan, YES! Another Planet Earth enthusiast! You gotta check out The Hunt on Netflix — another spin off from Planet Earth, focusing on how different predators across the world catch their prey. Super sick stuff.

Also, I just bought my uncle a year long subscription as a late Christmas gift. He’s also a die hard Broncos fan and you just gained BSN representation in Malaysia (but soon to be Myanmar). We were talking a lot of Broncos over the holidays when we were both home in Colorado and I knew I had to get this for him so he could stay connected with the team overseas.

Thanks for all the great content! Cannot wait for an off-season full of BSN!

As a Broncos fan in Boston, my well-being is determined by the game this weekend. I CANNOT HANDLE ANOTHER PATS SB PARADE!! I hate that I’m doing this but I have to root for the Chiefs. But unfortunately there are 3 constants in life: the sun rises, the sun sets, and Thomas Brady makes it to AFC championship games.

I was afraid I had anpopular opinion about this, but it seems that there’s a good mix of both. I used to have this idea that if the Broncos can’t get the Lombardi, is like to see it in the AFC West. BUT, I’ve decided this is nonsense and I’d like to see the Chiefs, Raiders, and Chargers get buried every single time their on the field. With that being say, I vote Pats. While I’m sick of Brady getting rings and I hope they lose in the Super Bowl, I can’t stomach the thought of Mahomes stans getting the satisfaction.

Sorry I haven’t posted in a while, but the BSN family always has it covered.

I’m convinced that either team will be smack by the Saints in the Super Bowl so at least there’s that hope.

If the Pats win the AFC it’s no big deal tbh. I live in NE territory and the pats fan I know are well aware that they’ve lost SBs before.

BUT CAN YOU IMAGINE HOW ANNOYING CHIEFS FANS WILL BE IF THEY WIN THE FREAKIN LAMAR HUNT TROPHY???? It will “Oh we brought the trophy home!” All year! Oh my GOSH Chiefs fans are the worst and for most of Broncos Country, about 1500 miles closer. I was in college in Missouri when the royals won the World Series and it was awful. There is nothing that can make me root for the Chiefs this Sunday.

Plus how sick would it be to watch the hunt trophy won by not the Chiefs in Arrowhead?

We don’t have to root for the Pats OR the Chiefs! One of them has to make it, so keep concentrating on the Saints!

How’s this for swinging for the fences: Elway drafts two QB’s in this year’s draft? Just like the Redskins did in 2012. Hell, if using every pick on a QB solves the issue this year, I would be all for it.

No Antonio Brown please! He’s a creep. As Coach Fangio said “good teams have good players, great teams have great teammates.” Antonio Brown without a doubt is not a great teammate. I don’t think in his mind he’s even a teammate. We could do much better.
