About Tolbert, even though DT got to 5 1000-yard seasons, he never really got over his drop problem, and I blame that on coaching. And the only true WR #3 we had in Tolbert’s tenure was Welker, that wasn’t developed by him.
About Studes, the only year where we had a better than top 12 rushing offense was 2011, where Tebow got 600 of them. Without Tebow’s yards, we got to 9th. Other than that, we were always worse than 15th, except for 2017, where we where 12th in running yards, but only 25th in touchdowns – what really matters. And we had the failures of Ball and Hillman.
About Pagac, we have Von Miller, Shaq Barrett and Shane Ray, yet we finished the year in 22nd in sacks.
I don’t really need to talk about OL or ST.
I really understand why these guys were shown the door. I don’t know if this comment qualifies as “question”, but I’m really looking forward to seeing guys coaching up the potential of some of our players.
