Just thinking about D-Ware coming in to help out with a bit of coaching this offseason. Is there some sort of qualification process for being able to coach in the NFL? I know in European Football (avoiding the S word there) there are many qualification that coaches need to obtain in order to be able to coach at various levels all across Europe. Just seems odd that the NFL wouldnt have the same restrictions.

I don’t think you necessarily have to have the coaching qualifications in Football (Europe), it just reflects better on there CV. With former players, their reputations, experience and knowledge tends to get them into jobs and I would imagine that would be very similar in the Ware and NFL situation.
