So defence still wins championships then. Makes me happier Elway went with Fangio.
I know this won’t be popular with Broncos country, but you really have to admire what the Patriots, Brady and Belichick have achieved. When the NFL is set up to be equal, what they have achieved is remarkable. It hurts that it’s not us in all those Super Bowls, but you have to take a step back with dynasties like this and enjoy it for what it is, they are like the Alex Ferguson’s Man United. In years to come we’ll be able to talk to future generations about the greats like Brady, Manning and Rogers, having lived through it.

Alright, my question is unrealistic, but I think it could be fun. Here goes: What kind of offer could the Broncos make that would lure the future-seeing Tony Romo to sit in the Broncos box on Sundays with a direct line of communication into Fangio’s ear?
