I know there are no short term fixes, but how do you all feel about Tyrod Taylor as a improvement from Case? He has done a good job overall protecting the ball in his career and would be a better option possibly to bridge into the next Bronco Franchise QB. He seems to be on the outs in Cleveland and might be able to be swung for not a terrible price.
Also loving on my very own Phillip Lindsey shirt.

I would rather have Teddy B or trade for Jacoby Brissett

This weeks list of games looks like it might be the best so far of the year. The biggest spread right now is 9 points, the Saints over the Eagles. The next highest is the Broncos +7. With the last few weeks having spreads in the double digits this week looks amazing. I have no idea who I’m going to pick in my confidence pool, most of the games look like a coin flip.
I know you guys do draft stuff and have breakdown but my favorite site to watch prospect videos, draftbreakdown.com shut down so now I have to go find each players specific games on youtube if I want to find each games highlights. Do you guys use any specific sites for scouting?

Hey guys
Awesome listen from Monday breaking down what we need and the possibility of where to draft them, loved it thanks.
Aside from drafting though, with there being so many expensive players likely to be moved on at the end of the season what areas do you think can be improved through free agency?
If the draft for the next 2 years takes care of the O line and D line. Would there be enough money to get free agents like a quarterback and elite corner?
For example I see Russel Wilson’s contract is up after next season or might they pick up someone like Earl Thomas.
Thanks as always.

Alright, this is a long comment, so I apologize. But not really, because I found this really interesting.
So a couple weeks ago I realized that Keenum has played significantly better in the second half of the season than he did in the first half. So I wanted to know what it would look like if I statistically eliminated his pitiful start to the year and spread those stats across an entire season. Keenum played 14.5 games last year (started 2nd half of week 2), so I am using 14.5 games as a complete season.
Keenum 2017 – 22 Completions in 33 Attempts per game (67.6%) for 244.6 Yds/Game
Keenum 2018 – 25 Completions in 38 Attempts per game (65.1%) for 282.3 Yds/Game
2017 – 22 Touchdowns and 7 Interceptions for a 98.3 rating
2018 – 23.2 Touchdowns and 11.6 Interceptions for a 92.9 rating
Maybe it just took Keenum four weeks to get settled in Denver. His numbers over the last 5 weeks look nearly identical to his numbers last year. The slight differences can probably be compensated for by recognizing that Minnesota has superior weapons. It seems to me that that we are getting the Keenum we all thought we were getting this offseason. Yet we are 1-4 in those last four games and Keenum was 11-3 last year. Maybe the problem isn’t Keenum, but the some of the other holes on the field (O-Line, CB, etc) and VJ.
Ultimately, to win a Super Bowl we need an elite QB and Keenum will never be that.
BUT, I’m starting to think that if Keenum is able to consistently play the way he has the last five weeks, it would be really wise for the Broncos to use the 2019 offseason to restart with a new HC and to fill in these other roster holes and we may really be able to compete in 2019 with Keenum at the helm and VJ out of Denver. Am I crazy?
Also, Zac and Andre… eat a dang Hot Pocket, man.

Before I start I know this is more of a question for the draft pod so I left a similar comment there I just also wanted your opinions as well
The nfl is moving towards having more shifts, misdirection and spread formations and with them there’s a lot more information for free safety’s to read especially in a press man scheme and because of that a much smaller margin for error and we’ve see that without a true free safety that you can trust to make the right calls consistently in our defense it can lead to a lot of big plays being given up and even has in my opinion played a large part in changing our game plan to more off man so our corners don’t have to rely on safety help as much but then we’re crushed by the run and underneath routes
so barring a scheme change wouldn’t it be smart to take Deionte Thompson the only true free safety in the draft so we can have our corners play the way theyre meant to both schematically and physically?

I want to look to the future!!!! Youth Movement!!!
The almighty John Elway did the right thing by retaining VJ this year and giving him a shot at redemption. (We all know how that turned out) Now VJ knowing he is on the way out, should do the right thing by the organisation and the fans by looking to the future. Play the damned kids! I wanna see Isaac Yiadom, Brendan Langley, Demarcus Walker, Keisshawn Bierria, Alexander Johnson, Sam Jones,Will Parks get significant snaps.
Let’s not go into the draft without knowing all the cards we have in our hand. This season is over. Embrace the youth. What’s the worst that can happen? We dont win another game, improve our draft position, and the kids get valuable playing time.
Rant complete.
