I may be in the minority, but the Philly Cheese Steak Hot Pockets were always my favorite back in the day. Haven’t had one in a very long time as I eventually grew into eating calzones instead. I lucked into an awesome place to find them right up the street with a solid Broncos fan crowd. True Legends Grill is a fantastic sports bar that serves up incredible pizzas and calzones. Those Philly Cheese Hot Pockets can’t come close to the deliciousness folded into a Garlic Steak Alfredo Calzone at Legends! For those with less refined Hot Pocket palates, they can always fold up a pepperoni or ham and cheese calzone. If you guys ever find yourselves in the vicinity of Liberty Lake, WA I highly recommend them.

TLDR: Philly Cheese Hot Pockets are really good. Garlic Steak Alfredo Calzones are WAY f*ing better!

I’ll be driving through this Sunday the 25th as I return to Wisconsin from Portland. Since it’s right on my way, I’ll stop and try a Garlic Steak Alfredo Calzone. Thanks for the recommendation! —Paul

Hey guys, brian here from ft. Irwin California.
So I know collectively we’ve come to the realization that we,ll have to draft a qb. But can elite or high end talent still be there for us via trade.
With a team like Jacksonville who is loaded in talent, but is struggling greatly. I’ve read articles that the organization would be willing to move on from key players such as Jalen ramsey.
The question is . Is there anyone on that Jaguars team that youd be willing to trade draft capital for?

So are the Broncos going to be the last stop for the Manning family???

If the Giants end up picking a new QB in the 2019 draft, consider that QB Eli Manning’s contract expires after 2019 season, and though the wise thing to do might be to keep Eli around one more year as a mentor to the new QB, I think the Giants are going to want to free up salary cap space and their likely to ask Eli to take a pay cut after this season. If Eli doesn’t comply, they might shop him to any interested teams. What if Elway made an offer to bring Eli to Denver?

Have fun chewing on that! 🙂

As much as I can’t stand Jalen Ramsey, it’s no question we need CB help badly. Would he help or hurt this team more in your opinion?

Hey guys! Finally some luck goes our way! That bye week was rough! I just want to say couple short things.

WHAT A NAILBITER!

I think we played a lot more disciplined and put the Chargers in a ton of 3rd in longs. I think Simmons might not be the guy. Cravens still looks a little rusty, I mean he let an old guy catch a pass…
What upcoming free agent in the market next year would fill this void?

Also, I just want to give a shout out to VJ in controlling his men to not get caught up with the penalty in the end!

Also, who ever said we should fire Mcmanus for that last miss is on drugs.

Thanks dudes!

BadOne Log #6:

First things first, I have had a hot pocket before, BadOne keeps it real!

Also, how did I miss the announcement that JAKE PLUMMER was co-hosting last week? he is literally my favorite Broncos QB of all time, it makes me sad I missed the chance to ask him a question. PLEASE have him on again 🙁

Now lets talk about the win while its fresh on my mind. I am happy for the vets and the players for getting that dub! forget tanking we don’t want to break the winning culture that is something that is SO HARD to rebuild. But the whole time in the last 4 minutes I kept telling my dad “The broncos should be winning by 3 points right now” when it was 20-22 it should have been 25-22. VJ should have gone for 3 and challenged the 2pt attempt. im done pointing that out… shoutout to CHJ, Miller, Sutton, Lindsey, and Keenum for a great 4th quarter.

Finally my question, do you think the O line held their own today? I thought so for all the injuries, the LA Chargers line looked like the one with a bunch of back ups with all the pressures and flags.

Keep kicking ass you guys I love watching the games with you on twitter.

Dude Philthy Lindsay blows my mind every week.

Anyways, im usually a downer on VJ and still very much am, but I liked a few of the gutsy calls he had (going for it on 4th and 1 and then also punting, trusting the defense would come through). There were still blatant brain lapses, but a win is a win. It was great to see progress at least. Let’s sneak into the playoffs and hopefully make some noise.

Hey Ryan and Zac new subscriber but have been listening to you all year I was about to order the goat shirt when you had the “locker” promo so no brainer. Btw I love hot pockets and if you have never had one I feel sorry for you. Anyway I have never been one to want a coach to lose their job but I have to admit there has been occasion that I wanted to walk VJ out personally but I got to thinking today while watching the game and telling VJ what I thought about him that he hasn’t been a head coach for 2 yrs yet and is not doing a terrible job he makes some bonehead calls and I think he is learning from his mistakes and for all of the loses we have this year we have been in all but one game I’m still scratching my head about that one. Good win today and maybe it’s the start to something special.

Firstly, I just want to say that seeing Phillip Lindsay get in the face of opponents much bigger than him makes me so happy.
Now on with the show:

Back on the field after a well needed bye
Fans of the Broncos were not feeling too high
The questions in Denver had only grew larger
And now they faced Philip Rivers and the Chargers

Through the first quarter they could not move the sticks
Whilst the Los Angeles offense scored two times for six
The Denver offense lacked basic order
As the ball game entered into the second quarter

But when the Broncos were on fourth and five
A blast of Wadmania kept the offense alive
For the regular punt they decided to ditch
For a twelve yard completion to Andy Janovich

With confidence heightened from this act of bravado
They handed the ball to the kid from Colorado
A run up the middle, a couple of key blocks
Phillip Lindsay went all the way with the rock

Phillip Rivers, however, the defense embarassed
As he threw interceptions to both Miller and Harris
Von’s pick of Rivers killed the Chargers drive
And Royce Freeman scored to pull within five

A touchdown to Lindsay, a Chargers field goal
Officiating choices were taking their toll
But Denver could do it, the game could be won
As they drove with the clock showing one fifty-one

Keenum was clutch, completing big plays
To Sanders and Sutton, who both saved the day
Three seconds left, the ball was spiked
The game would be decided by one final hike

Trailing by two, out thirty-four
Brandon McManus again took the floor
Only last game had the team paid the price
Would McManus’ veins be made of ice?

The kick was good, yet Broncos fans groaned
For Anthony Lynn wanted some ice of his own
But it did not matter, and once the kick was away
Broncos fans could celebrate and say, “Not today.”
