Let’s just say that having Ohio in-laws has its NFL perks.
Well, not so much having to hear the perennial laments about the sad-sack Browns, but when said in-laws reside less than an hour from Canton and the Pro Football Hall of Fame — hey, now we’re talking.
I recently made my annual visit back to Northeast Ohio—this time for the in-laws’ 50th wedding anniversary—and while the celebratory shindig was awesome, I don’t believe this is the appropriate forum. I did, however, sneak in an afternoon away in Canton and found a menagerie of Orange-&-Blue-themed exhibits that Broncos Country might be a tad more interested in.
So with the HOF Induction Weekend coming up fast, I’ll bring the Hall’s more notable Broncos exhibits to you as I fully realize:
- Not everyone in Broncos Country has in-laws
- If they do, chances are they don’t live in Ohio, less than an hour from Canton, or
- They do, but you weren’t able to sneak away to the Hall of Fame on your visit there this past week
