ENGLEWOOD, Co. – The Denver Broncos have waived tight end Dan Light and signed tight end Nick Kasa to the practice squad, the team announced on Monday afternoon.

Kasa was a sixth-round pick of the Raiders out of the University of Colorado in 2013. He appeared in 16 games, including one start in his rookie season. His only career touchdown came against the Broncos in Week 17.
A high school All-American as a defensive end, at Legacy High School in Thornton, Co. Kasa didn’t play tight end until his senior year at Colorado.
