The Broncos announced this morning they have hired Ray Jackson as the new director of player development.

Jackson spent the last 10 years filling the same role for the Pittsburgh Steelers.
This is the second front office move the Broncos have made in the last week, as they hired an analytics expert on Friday.
Jackson a graduate of Denver area Montebello high school, played six seasons in the NFL as a cornerback for the Buffalo Bills, and Cleveland Browns.
