Avs Treasure Hunt item No. 6 and clue *Update: Found

This old-school Peter Forsberg figurine can be found near one of my favorite places: a library.

But which library?

Clue below, but first an update: Items, 1, 2 and 4 have been found. More to come though.

Well, the Hampden library, you might find it around a shed somewhere. One note: it just poured rain, so it might be a little wet.
