Thanks, that was good. Hope you’re right about the Avs development program. The only way to be consistently good is to scout well, draft well, and develop well. Trading draft choices for veterans is “fools gold” and indicative of the fact you are not doing the job.

AuthorBy far the most important part of the process is developing well. It doesn’t matter where the talent comes from as long as you get it in the building and help it get to the NHL. I don’t have any issue with how the Avs are doing things right now, they just have to be right about the big moves at the NHL level. When you’re wrong, it sets you back badly
