Liked getting your take on how the locker room culture has evolved the last few years. I’ve really noticed that this year as well just watching the interviews, so it’s nice to have that confirmation. This is really becoming a special group here and I wouldn’t even consider the Hall rumors until we see some more of this group at full strength. The way things have gone the last 6 weeks or so with all the injuries and different guys stepping up, the line combos are endless when they get back to full strength and I’d like to see them dance with the ones that brung them this year. This group has earned that opportunity, and given that opportunity, I think they can do something truly special.

It seems like everything that’s happened recently should put the nail in the proverbial Hall to COL coffin. Nearly everyone that’s needed to step up during this horrible stretch of injuries has done just that and it really seems like the team as a whole is clicking. Why bring someone in – good as he may be – that could upset the balance?

Wondering if Chicago fans are still going to games at the Pepsi Center? In the past it almost sounded like a home game for them.

Always. People from Chicago love nothing more than an opportunity to go out in public and tell everyone else how great Chicago is.

That’s why they’re in Denver, I guess.

I had a friend at the game. Said they were loud at first but then…not.

AJ, agree w/you on Mac for the Hart trophy…thought he should have won over Hall a couple years ago. East coast media bias is difficult to overcome…eg. if it comes down to Marchand and Mac w/equal numbers it’s going to Marchand. MAC will only win w/going away numbers but as you have said it’s a bit early to make this call…
