Question for the pod– Which western conference teams should Avs fans be rooting for in each of the first round series? I’m taking the dogs and cheering for Chicago, Calgary, and Vancouver. That said, I wouldn’t mind the top-4 seeds holding strong since that would match us up with Dallas. What do you guys think?
Any of them are fine. The Avs can make a reasonable argument for beating any of them. If you’re trying to build the ‘easiest’ path to the Stanley Cup Finals, Vegas and St. Louis losing is how you do it.
