Irt a Stone trade, as much as Id like to get a guy like Chabot, i would be inclined to believe that Sakic would demand one of their blue chip forward prospects. Were stacked on young d in our system, picking up a great 2 way winger in his prime and a blue chip wing prospect would do to club more good long term, in my bery humble opinion.

On the Nylander-Barrie trade proposal I’m pretty sure Sakic would jump on that in a heartbeat. Nylander is a solid bet to be a very significant player in the NHL.
