Great first half of the season for the BSN crew. Let me get you guys’ take on something:
If the Avs:
1) barely miss the playoffs;
2) hit on a lottery longshot that moves their own first round pick into the top 3 and
3) Ottawa finishes the regular season bottom-3
Then the Avs would be guaranteed TWO top-five picks. What do you do with those two picks if you are Joe Sakic? If the Avs have let’s say picks 3 and 5, does one of the picks get dealt for some immediate help?
