Morning gentlemen. Hope you are all well. Yesterdays pod was great loved the insight and opinions on the 2015 draft and offer sheets. AJ made the comment that colorado is closer to to the Toronto model of rebuilding but with out the big name free agents. In saying that should colorado go after a big 7.5 plus free agent to sure up the top 6, like a stone or skinner, knowing that you might not be able to sign tb4 to an extension or landy in 2 years?

Why Alt instead of Meloche? Why aren’t we seeing Meloche or Greer at all in the NHL? Couldn’t Bednar be trying to develop Greer in say, Calvert’s spot? I know they are very different players but they could be cast in the same role, and Calvert doesn’t produce.

This sounds like a joke (and it sort of is) but since they are….unreliable in OT could you see the advantage of just putting out 3 guys to play defense for 5 minutes and just take it to the coin flip that is a shootout?
