It’s nice once again as an Avs fan knowing the Avs have the best player in the NHL.

I like it. I think for short, I shall refer to him as the Knife.

Usually don’t have to lookup words in a sports piece. Nice depth with chapeau!

I’ve been calling them #TheBuzzsawLine all year, because of how they slice and dice their opponents. Mack the Knife is the blade; Mikko and Gabe or the motors.

“Predators” is the stupidest team name in sports history. IMO. I know that doesn’t have anything to do with this excellent article, I just wanted to put that out there.

After watching the first three games I may have to change my prediction that the Preds would be one of the finalists for the Cup. Way too much hacking, hooking, slashing, thrashing and smashing for me. It is nice, however, to see their frustration with the speed of the AVs.

MacK, Gabe, and Mikko = the MGM Line. That doesn’t have much ring to it, so MGM being a famous movies studio could lead to:
“Movie Line”
MGM is responsible for Wizard of Oz (Oz Line), Gone with the Wind (I don’t give a damn Line), Ben Hur (Epic Line), Mutiny on the Bounty (Brando Line)

MGM also produced famous cartoons such as Tom and Jerry, so… Tom and Jerry Line.

MGM merged with United Artists (MGM/UA), who produced Bond movies. (Bond Line or Double O Seven Line)

Just spit balling here folks. I could use a little help.
