Seeing Nate fight made me miss Landy even more but the rest of the West can’t be too thrilled to see what the Avs can do with good goaltending. Once they have a real 4th line they might become even money favorites against the field

I know these comment sections don’t get a lot of traffic but I’ll ask this here. Considering cost and quality, would you rather have Blackwood and the Avs 5-8 D, Oettinger and the Stars 5-8 D, or Skinner and the Oilers 5-8 D? You could even throw in Winnipeg and Minnesota but I think this favors the Avs for sure

AuthorDefinitely Colorado’s situation. The elite goalie is great, but Oettinger hasn’t proven himself of that caliber yet and I trust Colorado’s ability to find quality depth players
