I really like Danault in that spot if they can make the money work. When he had some better play driving line mates he was fine offensively and I love having a defensive 3C who can win face-offs

AuthorI like Frost, but it makes more sense for Calgary to hang on to him as part of their future, but if things aren’t looking great, I might put him on my deadline board. He’s also not a great profile as a 3C, but in a perfect world, he’d be an imperfect 3C and Nelson’s successor at 2C, so that adds some intrigue to him as well.
