I’m really enjoying having Ian Cole as a member of the Avalanche. To me, he’s a reporter’s dream – always willing to give an honest answer to questions. More than that, a thoughtful answer. More than just cliches, Colesie really gives good quote, as we say on our side of this business.

Good stuff AD. I agree, Cole is the man. Seems like he’s a big part of that open communication I hear going on in the background. I’m so surprised and grateful that the Penguin’s fell out of love with him. Oh well, their loss, I notice they haven’t won any Cups since he left lol!

Completely agree on Cole, really fun to listen him give honest, thoughtful answers. He’s exactly what this team needed both on and off the ice. Fun listening to Grubi also, I think people need to hold off making judgements about him after a handful of games.
