I absolutely agree you can’t mess with the Drury line but I’ll try to defend the second line a little.

I think DeBoer and company targeted this matchup specifically as the one they could exploit. We know the Stars forwards, and the Duchene line especially, love to fly the zone so defending them requires a high forward who has to play 3rd Dman as much as anything. So as long as there’s no Robertson, holding that line off the scoresheet is more important than generating offense in the grand scheme of it. Curious to see what Bednar does with matchups when they return to Denver.

One more side note. Whether ESPN or TNT, all the national announcer teams really blow and they come out of every break with a whogivesafatratsass story from the sideline girl and they do it in lieu of actually explaining the penalty or whatever previous play led to the stoppage
