Anyone else think Yakupov looks like he’s got some serious stone hands? I totally agree with the buzzing part hahaha. He looks like he’s cranked too many red bulls most nights.

Yeah he looks like he’s all hopped up on amphetamines – just spinning around, throwing elbows, firing wild shots, skating like he’s on fire, and chasing in the d zone. I wish he’d f’n score some goals. Maybe he needs some glasses like Wild Thing on Major League.

Haha totally. I’m thinking he’s off to the K next year.

I thought Varlamov was outstanding. Saved the team’s ass several times and stole a point. Deserved an A at least

Agreed. The 1 point we received tonight was 80% Varly.

I understand what Bednar is thinking breaking up the top line on the road where he can’t determine the matchups, but Jost isn’t ready to play on MacK’s line yet (puck died on his stick far too often) and Compher lacks the finish at this point in his development. No easy answer as the real truth is that we’re short a couple more top 6 players to be a true contender for a Cup.

Who would have thought that we would be missing Mark Barberio (waiver wire extraordinaire) in March? If you would have told me this in October, I would have called you nuts for thinking he’d still be on the team.
