Call me crazy, but I’d have quite enjoyed a Grigorenko/Yakupov scoring 3rd/4th line. Both of them have shown flashes, and I think it would have been great fun!

Id be curious if he has a spot on the third line even… unless our fourth line is shaping up to be a nontraditional third line B — I wonder where he fits. No way in hell he is a top 6 unless we get hit hard with the injury bug, even still doubtful.

Interesting to note on this he is making less than the ELCs of Jost, Compher, Rantanen. The only player lower this year is Barbs at 725. I smell a regular scratch. My hope is the high flying style we want to curate kicks him in the ass.

I held my breathe a bit too long with Grigo, I wont at all for Yak…
