Avalanche training camp schedule, dates and times

OK Avs fanatics, we’re getting closer. You WILL be reading about actual on-ice doings of your favorite team here within a couple weeks.

Today, the Avs released their official training camp schedule, including rookie camp (which mostly consists of the Rookie Showcase in Vegas, but there will be one actual practice of the rookies at Family Sports Center in Centennial).

Here is the full schedule, as taken from the Avs’ actual press release:

“Below is the schedule for the Colorado Avalanche’s 2018-19 training camp, which includes the rookie tournament in Las Vegas.  All practices at Family Sports are open to the public on a first-come, first-serve basis.  All dates and times are subject to change.

 Friday, Sept. 7                                                    

Rookies practice – 9:30 a.m.

Family Sports Center – Centennial, Colorado

Media availability after practice

Rookies depart for Las Vegas 

 Saturday, Sept. 8                                                

Rookies vs. Vegas Golden Knights – 7 p.m. PDT
