Today, the BSNDenver team debuted our Mount Rushmore of Colorado sports.

While the actual mountain was limited to Denver sports, I was still able to make my nomination for best Buff of all time, and to me the choice was obvious, Byron “Whizzer” White.
Check out the article here to see what I had to say about Whizzer.
Buffs PD
On Wednesday, the Colorado football team met with the Boulder PD for some good ol’ relationship building.
The day seemed to be pretty productive as outlined by this video produced by Colorado’s world class video department.

Looks like everybody had a bit of fun with the interaction.
Construction update
CUBuffs.com released another construction update featuring Rick George this week, and as you’ve seen some of our updates from the outside, the Buffs AD does a great job of showing you the progress on the inside. The update includes an up-close look at the locker rooms, and a gray look at the view from the highly coveted rooftop terrace.

The Pain Train
The Buffs basketball team is definitely not taking the summer off, they are getting work in with Strength and Conditioning Coach, James Hardy.
Hardy gives some good insight into his workout called “The Pain Train” in this video released by the program today.

Yep, that’s CU Buffs cornerbacks coach, Charles Clark, with the acrobatic moves.
The 30 year-old Clark, who lettered four years at Ole Miss, might still be able to strap it up for the Buffs with that athleticism.
