Archie Manning: "I think Peyton is done in Denver"

Moments after the Broncos third Super Bowl Championship, father of Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning, Archie Manning said “I think Peyton is done in Denver. He may be done everywhere.”

Manning said postgame that he would take time to evaluate his decision and try to remove the emotion from it. If this is his last season, he will finish his career with a  2-2 Super Bowl record, a 14-13 post season record, and the second most post season passing yards in NFL history, with 7,339, trailing only Tom Brady.

Broncos wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders said after the game, “I hope it’s not his last game, that’s my brother. That’s one of those guys that turned me into a true pro.”
