BOULDER – Anthony Julmisse has been dismissed from the program after being arrested twice in the last two months.
Julmisse was dismissed before the fall semester started, according to a statement from the University.
Coach MacIntyre dismissed Anthony from the team prior to the start of the fall semester. The semester started Aug. 28.
The freshman cornerback was originally suspended indefinitely after he was arrested following a domestic violence incident on July 27. Less than a month later, on Aug. 20, Julmisse was arrested again following an incident involving a car accident.
Mike MacIntyre has traditionally granted a path back into the program after being dismissed from the team, with guys such as Josh Tupou and Evan Worthington, so it’s possible that he will be welcomed back to the team in 2018.
Julmisse was slated to be the starting cornerback for the Buffaloes this season. Trey Udoffia has taken over that role and impressed in his debut, racking up five tackles, two pass break-ups and an interception against Colorado State.
