Altitude adds sideline reporter Ally Sturm

Change is in the air at Altitude Sports and Entertainment as the regional network retools its broadcasting team.

The most notable change, of course, is the addition of former CBS4 anchor Vic Lombardi who has been doing a fantastic job as studio host for Nuggets games. Now we have gotten word of another new face in the Altitude arsenal in sideline reporter Ally Sturm.

According to her LinkedIn profile, Sturm has worked in Denver before – as a sideline reporter for the Mammoth and as an in-game host for the Colorado Rockies. She was most recently a Padres host / reporter for Fox Sports San Diego.

Root Sports’ Jenny Cavnar also came to Denver after having covered the Padres and has done a bang-up job covering the Rockies for Root Sports Rocky Mountain.

No word yet as to precisely which duties Sturm will be handling for Altitude but we’re looking forward to seeing her get to work replacing Blake Olsen who, while handsome, was not quite as easy on the eyes as Ms. Sturm.
