KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Disappointed, but not discouraged.
That was the feeling inside the Denver Broncos‘ locker room following their 31-10 blowout loss to the Kansas City Chiefs on Monday Night Football.
The 21-point loss was the organization’s worst Week 1 defeat since 2005. In 2005, however, that team went on to make the AFC Championship Game, even after their 34-10 loss to kick off their season.
Twenty-one years later, the 2026 Broncos still have hope for their season.
