Took me some time to process it all and comment…

I want to begin by thanking you Vogt and all of DNVR for your coverage of the team this year. It’s been nothing short of superb – you guys have been the highlight of the year for me (and I’m probably not alone).

I maintained all year that a HEALTHY Nuggets team would win the ‘chip and I truly believe that’s still the correct take. Does the Wolves series, and the playoffs as a whole, turn out differently with a healthy Mr. Nugget or Pay-Pay? I think so. HOWEVER, changes have to be made.

I think the structure of the team is fine overall but, in my humble opinion, what is needed is grit/toughness/heart/whatever you want to call it. Their response to McDaniels was….I don’t even have a word for it. They punked us and the team’s response was – essentially – a shoulder shrug. The fans paying their hard earned money shouldn’t care more than people making eight and nine figures. They embarrassed themselves, the fans, and the entire City of Denver. Shame on them all.
