I think the play calling might have been a lot better than we’re giving Payton credit for, but it seems like every other play Bo was shouting “Kill Kill!” at the line, and we know that when they kill the called play, they almost always do a vanilla run that doesn’t do well because they line isn’t opening a good hole. I would love to see a game where Bo was required to execute the called play no matter what.
