So I asked you a couple days ago if a veteran QB could be brought, and now we hear that that’s a possibility; how real of a possibility this is, after Game 1 of Preseason.

Keeping on the topic, by what I read and heard, Paxton had his best day of TC today. However, VJ said (as he’s been saying all the right things this year) that they won’t evaluate on practice, just in games. Do you really believe one or the other (our friend Chad, the commenter, or Paxton) can do whatever they do in TC, and they will only evaluate them by what they do in games? If that’s true, Second unit will have to spend a lot longer on the field, because it’s unfair as a competition to put Paxton with the 2s and Chad with the 3s and 4s, or vice-versa.

Makes for shorter work days and an informed broncos fan! How has Langley progressed during camp? We’ve heard far more about Yiadom so is it fair to assume he’s out playing Langley?

I know it’s close to impossible right now but how would you rank the RBs so far just based on camp performance? I was starting to think Henderson would be the odd man out as we hadn’t heard much about him until Musgrave’s praise today. Me being a buff has me watching this competition very closely!

I’ll add an extra question. I know you guys are fully locked in with the Broncos, but Ryan i am thinking you may have been paying attention to this. How have the other Buffs been performing at their respective camps? I saw Ted Thompson is doing well. Isaiah Oliver? Chido? Ahkello? Fields, Ross? This is a bit off topic so if you don’t have time to get to it no worries!

Bill ran a pretty diverse offense in his last full year as an OC. I remember the Raiders ran a 6 linemen frequently against our below average run D. Has the offense shown any formations similar to that? Or shown anything new that might be a part of our offense this year? (I understand if the rules don’t allow you to divulge that information). A small part of me believes that Bill wanted to keep Watson for competition and depth, but also the belief that he could become very valuable in some of his offensive sets. Particularly when the game plan (or game flow) is run heavy, and in short yardage situations.

I think it’s kinda odd how little attention the Broncos are getting this training camp. I like it!

I was listening to the NFL’s podcast and they were talking about how the Broncos season rest on this years rookie class. What are your thoughts on that? I feel that me need to to be a contribute but it does not rest all on them.

Do the groups ever help each other? I know within the groups the veterans probably help the rookies be better in their positions, but for example would Von Miller ever sit down with Valdeer and say “you should do more of this” or “change your stance to help block me here”? Or do they leave that to the coaches?
