In the 43rd edition of the BSN Denver Colorado Buffaloes podcast Ryan Koenigsberg, Allie Monroy and Jake Shapiro discuss all the latest news from the Colorado Buffaloes.
Starting the show, the group reviewed Colorado’s past game against UCLA. They went over the offensive shortcomings and who was to blame. The group also touted the defense’s stellar play as well as sent some praise for the special teams.
In the second segment the trio focused in on the Buffs No. 12 ranking and what it means. What could the Buffs ceiling be at this point and do they control their own destiny? The group also touched on Colorado’s quarterbacking situation.
In the third segment, the cast was joined by Sam Weaver as they previewed the Buffaloes’ matchup with the Arizona Wildcats, they gave their predictions and spotlighted some things to watch for.

Re: controlling their own destiny
I think the Buffs are closer than RK thinks, but they still do need some help. I think Ohio State and Louisville both need a second loss, but those are the only two teams that we would need help from if we win out.
Re: Arizona
I think the first 5 minutes of the game are the most important. If we start fast and get up early, it could be similar to the Wash St./Ariz. game last week. If Arizona starts fast and thinks they have a chance, they will pull out all the stops to try and stay in the game. I’ll go with 40 – 14 Buffs. AZ picks up a TD on a trick play and a garbage time TD too
