The 6-foot-2, 205-pound Robinson is rated as a three-star safety on Scout, 247 Sports and Rivals. He also holds offers from Colorado State, Air Force, and Brown.
Robinson has incredible tackling instincts for just a junior football player. He plays strong safety, but has the versatility to add some weight and switch to linebacker. He led his high school in tackles last season with 95, including 90 solo tackles.
His football acumen most likely comes from his father who played running back for Northern Colorado and is currently the head football coach at Highlands Ranch.
The Buffs have added another solid prospect, this time one for the 2018 class. Like many others that are headed to Boulder he was recruited by Darrin Chiaverini. Colorado’s rise on the football field continues to help its rise in the recruiting game.
