Just a few comments as I listened in. Good pod as always:
I’ve never heard someone struggle to pronounce an easy word more than Shap struggles to say the word “ales”.
re: Fake Depth Chart
I’m glad that it got national news and kind of helped to hype up the game, but it just seems like something a bad, unknown team does. The comparison that comes to mind is the Monmouth basketball team bench. It was funny and sportscenter featured it waaaaaay too much and I’m sure Monmouth University liked the attention, but ultimately, it was just a quick story because Monmouth is not any good at basketball. If we go out and get pounded by UM, the entire week will be remembered as the time that terrible school tried to grab attention away from the good team. However, if we go out and look respectable, I think this whole depth chart business may be a positive.
re: B-Bads
I would take Shap and B-bads over Will’s terrible takes any day.
re: All-name team:
Since you guys didn’t take them, I’ll take Jake Butt and two brothers: Jared and Jack Wangler. That’s right, two Wanglers and a Butt.
Ted Chalfen
The Wrangler in Denver is a decent place to find butt.
