Ten Broncos on 2017 Hall of Fame nominees list

On Wednesday evening, the Pro Football Hall of Fame released their list of nominees for the 2017 class, included on the list are nine players and one coach who donned the Orange & Blue at on point.

Terrell Davis, Rod Smith, Tom Nalen, Karl Mecklenburg, Brian Dawkins, Steve Atwater, John Lynch, Dennis Smith, Ty Law and former head coach Dan Reeves all made the list. Law spent just one year with the Broncos, but all other candidates spend three or more seasons in Denver.

Davis, Atwater and Lynch all were nominees last year, but didn’t make the cut as Eddie DeBartolo Jr., Tony Dungy, Brett Favre, Kevin Greene, Marvin Harrison, Orlando Pace, Ken Stabler and Dick Stanfel all got their gold jackets.
