Former All-Star and Colorado Rockies starting centerfielder Charlie Blackmon has been awarded National League Player of the Week honors.

Blackmon has hit five long balls in the past seven days but he’s also hit .424/.474/.909 in that time span, racking up nine runs and nine RBI. Overall this season Blackmon has his batting average above .300 and has hit 12 HR while knocking in 39 runs. He’s only stolen five bases due to health concerns but he has been terrific in the 50+ games since he came off the DL.

Along with Houston Astros shortstop Carlos Correa the two represent each league’s Player of the Week.
