GRAND JUNCTION — With the fourth overall pick in the 2016 MLB Draft, the Colorado Rockies selected Riley Pint out of Overland Park, Kansas. Pint (18) is not yet scheduled for his first professional start but he has been assigned to rookie Grand Junction, and has joined his teammates and coaches there to begin workouts and his journey toward the Bigs.
We will have more on Pint from pitching coach Ryan Kibler and development supervisor Tony Diaz very soon. But for now, check out this video of one of his recent bullpen sessions. Pint is the pitcher on the left, wearing No. 34.
