BSN Media Podcast: Chris Dempsey follows his father's footsteps into Sports Media

Chris Dempsey is one of the few African-Americans in Sports Media in Denver. He doesn’t let that define him, but as he tells, it, it does inform him.

He grew up next to the media biz, as his father, Adam, has worked in Denver Radio for decades. Chris chose to indirectly follow in his father’s footsteps, and Denver Sports Fans are the beneficiaries.

He has great advice for young journalists and explains the intricacies of covering a beat. Also, he had some very big-named mentors who helped mold him into the reporter he is.
