Colorado Rockies announce Spring Training Non-Roster Invites - Updated

The Colorado Rockies have announced Non-Roster Invitees for 2016 Spring Training. The list includes 12 players originally signed by the organization.

On the list are a few players who saw the big leagues in 2015. Left-handed pitchers Jason Gurka and Yohan Flande, and right-handed pitchers Gonzalez Germen and Simon Castro have been invited to big league camp. Also, top prospect right-handed pitcher Jeff Hoffman will give many Rockies fans a glimpse at his promising arm.

Top prospect outfielders David Dahl and Jordan Patterson will be in big league camp as will the rising star catcher at the lower levels of the system, Dom Nunez.

*Update* The Colorado Rockies sent out a press release Thursday announcing that utility player with big league experience Kyle Parker and top third base prospect Ryan McMahon have also been invited to big league camp.
