On Monday, Gary Kubiak alluded to the Broncos placing Omar Bolden on IR with a knee injury, on Tuesday, the Broncos made that official.
With Bolden’s season over, the Broncos used the open roster spot promote, rookie corner, Taurean Nixon from the practice squad.
Standing a 5-foot-10, 187 pounds, Nixon was a seventh-round pick out of Tulane in the 2015 draft. He comes in to bolster a secondary that, on top of losing Bolden, who played 48 defensive snaps this season, is also dealing with a banged up Chris Harris Jr. With that said, Harris, did tell us today that he will play on Sunday.
