I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. No, he’s not a defenseman. A defenseman wouldn’t have blindly shot the puck up the middle to case the Carlson goal in Washington. A defenseman would be capable to covering his man in the defensive zone. A defensemen would hit people occasionally. I know they’ll never do it, but I’ll throw a party the day the move him up to play wing.
