Really good podcast. One thing I wish you would have mentioned: AD tweeted about steve yzerman’s toxic relationship with the wings in the 90’s. I was curious if he had insights as to how that eventually improved.
It improved, because Yzerman finally gave in to Scotty Bowman’s demand that he become a more two-way player, to sacrifice some offense in favor of a more two-way game. It turned out to be a great decision by Yzerman, and proved Bowman to be the genius he was and still is.
