Mase, did you found Groupon?

Mase, I need your level of Bucs fandom on a scale of 1-10. 1 being a team you follow, 10 being screaming at your TV on yet another Jameis pick.
Also, since you cover the Broncos, will you root for the team in your retirement alongside Tampa? This is similar to Peyton with Colts/Broncos maybe. Do you root for the Bucs next year on our head-to-head?

Also, are you guys able to tell me the best way for me to scoop up 4 tickets to the game? I have a feeling it will be on the secondary market, like Mase said.

Merry Christmas ? guys. I hope I get to see you (and a lot of listeners too) all this Sunday in Lot N as I enjoy my Broncos tickets that I won from the greatest Denver podcast DNVR!
Which of the holes on the team are more easily fixed in free agency vs. the draft?

Merry Christmas guys!
Mase,
Curious on your thoughts of Mariota as that bridge veteran next year. Don’t really want to see a big chunk of money going toward a tutor if we have other glaring holes but still would be interesting

Wife got me a Lock Jersey for Christmas. Super stoked!!!!!! A lot of talk about a quarter back being “the guy”. All the QB’s I consider “the guy” are guys who are capable of bringing a team back when all the chips are down. Game winning come back drives in the fourth. I am excited about Lock and I think we have many of those drives coming from him. What do you guys think about that trait and where does it fit in your opinion in a QB being “the guy.” Merry Christmas and keep up the good work. Living the pod down here in New Mexico.

What’s an Xmas gift you’ve gotten someone that you wished you’d have kept for yourself?

Merry Christmas day friends & DNVR family. No injury history players please, either in the draft or free agency, including Talib! Looking forward to R.K. in 2 days. It was nice to hear Vic is not bringing the players in with him on Christmas so he would not have to be alone. GO DREW/BRONCOS/ZOOMIES

Merry Christmas Broncos Country, and may I hope you get showered with Orange and Blue gifts..
Listened to the podcast; maaaaan, are you guys baiting us with the Tebow-Fan bashing?
To clarify; it’s not that we’re deluded enough to think you could plug him in now and he’d win now, no, that’s ludicrous. His time has gone. It’s just the lamenting of a missed opportunity we won’t ever get over. EVER!
He was the SEC’s all-time leader in career passing efficiency (170.8), completion percentage (67.1%), passing touchdown to interception ratio (5.5 to 1), rushing yards by a quarterback (2,947), rushing touchdowns (any position) (57), and total touchdowns responsible for (145). I could go on..
Then, some bright spark said he needed to change his throwing motion to be an NFL QB. Has anyone EVER tried to do that? It’s virtually impossible. Your arms and body are designed a certain way, and enough muscle memory repetitions can work through that to a point, yes, but it hardly ever works..
Nevertheless, he did it. What was his Win/Loss ratio again? Playoff win? Both positives.
We signed Manning, and that just ended Tebow’s career, but I would argue that changing his throwing motion made him an almost no-hoper, and look what that no-hoper did; WIN, against all odds. He’s one of a kind, that we likely wont ever see again.
Sure, he had bad losses, just like most Rookie QBs, but Tebow was a missed opportunity at our own version of Lamar Jackson. Lamar a much better passer, but I am CERTAIN that Tebow could have done similar, if he hadn’t been messed with, just with a few more fumbles on his big wind up. I’d take that.
Massive apologies for long comment, but it’s Christmas, and I felt I needed to do my piece.
I’ll refrain from other long ones until the off-season. Promise.
Love ya’ll

Merry X-Mas guys! I‘m very happy to be part of the fam and you are doing a heck of job, big thanks& keep it up!
Looking forward to the draft:
If the following players are available, who do the Broncos a) select (i.e. what Elway would do) and b) should select (i.e. what Elway should do) with their first pick:
1) Lamb, Jeudy, Ruggs, Wirfs, Thomas, Tua, Simmons
2) Lamb, Jeudy, Ruggs, Tua, Simmons
3) Ruggs, Tua, Simmons
4) Burrow, Jeudy, Okuda, Wirfs, Young, Thomas
I intentionally mixed the choices a bit to reveal the intention in the different scenarios given best player available, roster needs and personal affection.
Furthermore: What are the chances the Broncos play a game in London next year?
Looking forward to your answers and wish you a great day!
Best, Alex

Good morning DNVR fam! Hopefully you all had a great Christmas with friends and family.
I haven’t commented in a while but I haven’t missed a BSN/DNVR Broncos podcast in two years. I’m listening to the other team pods, too, when I can, but yours is number one in my heart.
Zac, Ryan, Mase, Andre, Henry, and everyone else who’s contributed, thanks again for being the lighthouse in the storm for all of us Broncos fans who live outside of Colorado, some stuck deep in enemy territory (New England Patriots Suck!).
This is a follow up to a question I posted on Twitter:
Running the TDN draft simulator I’ve been seeing Isaiah Simmons (LB, Clemson) available at 11 a lot recently.
ILB isn’t a priority in the 1st rd, but from my research he seems to be too good to pass up as BPA; better than both Devon’s last year skill- and versatility-wise.
I firmly believe we need to take OT, IOL, and/or DL in the first two days of most drafts, (trench warfare, Baby) especially this year with our struggles at OL, and pending DL free agents. But, there seems to be good depth at those positions this year in the draft. Please tell us your thoughts on this (Simmons at 11), and if you feel so inclined, give us a few other NON-WR and NON-OT prospects you’d be okay with taking at 11, even if Wirfs, Thomas or Wills are still available.
You guys rock!!

Feliz Navidad guys!
So here is a sample of what the DNVR Broncos podcast drinking game might be like
1. Zac LOVES something (zip of a Breck Brew of your choice)
2. Mase does a 90´s pop refference that neither Zac nor RK understands (shot of rum)
3. Mase mentions Constanzo as our left tackle (zip of Breck brew)
4. RK does an analogy of a relationship ( shot of tequila)
5. RK is on the pod ( everybody finish their drinks)
6. The Count and Mase have a bromance momment (shot of your choice)
You guys are awesome
PS How do you feel getting DT88 on free agency on a cheap contract and see him retired as a Bronco?
Much love

I was thinking about your optimism question from yesterday’s pod. For me, there where moments of optimism during the last few seasons. The difference now, is that with Lock emerging to go along with the rest of the young guys, I’m starting to think optimistically about the next decade…not just one season. I’m envisioning not having to worry about the most important position for 10-15 years and that’s invaluable. I’m all aboard the Lock train right now!!!

Hey guys,
I feel like we haven’t talked enough about what Travis Kelce did to us a couple of games ago, which is the exact same problem we have had for years probably going back to Gronkowski and Hernandez. Do you think we were again exposed, or do you think that was an anomaly for that game?
I wonder if someday there will be a new kind of freak athletic defender that is a kind of safety/linebacker hybrid, built like a tight end, that can cover tiedowns. I imagine he would look a little bit like Darren Waller. Why do you think we haven’t seen that?
The other point I have not heard enough of is how really good players raise the level of those around them, the Michael Jordan affect, and I think we are seeing a version of that with our young Lock!
Keep up the fantastic work guys!
