Hey fellas. That was a tough loss. It was good to see Todd Davis back in the lineup, and I think that was a major factor in finally getting some sacks! As Iāve told you guys before Iām a flight medic. I just got back from a short contract doing emergency medical and water rescue flights inAntarctica. I havenāt been able to keep up on the podcast due to lack of WiFi. I was wondering if you could do a quick recap on our injury situation (including how many weeks people can expect to be out)? When I got back from the Antarctic assignment I was shocked to see how many starters (especially in the secondary) were hurt!
On a side note⦠The Antarctic trip was especially hard this time because my partner was a die hard Patriots fan, and couldnāt stop talking about how much better the Patriots are because Belichick is also their D-coordinator this year. After getting home I found myself sitting at a neighbors Patriots watch party, drinking a bud light in a F***ing Patriots can, listening to people tell me how Sam Adams is better than any Colorado Beer. You gotta get in touch with the Breck Brew folks so they can get Strawberry Sky up here! Iām dying fellas!!! SEND HELP!!!
What percent of the Broncos woes can be attributed to the current ownership issues that this team is experiencing? Thanks, keep up the good work (podcasts).
Vertical Socks
If you could immediately rearrange the current coaching staff like this, would you do it? Elevate Munchak to head coach, promote Kuper to OL coach, and make Vic defensive coordinator calling plays from the booth.
Interesting start to the season gentlemen. Could easily be 2-2, but weāve snatched defeat from the jaws of victory like nobody has before. Obviously our team needs to adjust their perceptions of what this roster can accomplish, Iām sure they are, but change doesnāt happen overnight. Trading players that count down the weeks to free agency donāt happen overnight.
HOT TAKE ALERT:
I donāt think this is a popular take but here it is; Elway is not the problem. One thing I have always loved about John is that he ALWAYS believes heās one piece away from the top of the mountain. He fights, he believes, heās confident in the moves he makes. These are qualities all successful people have. Heās taken us to two Super Bowls as an executive As he sits here listening to Harris Jr say ā13 more weeksā, or watches this team fall to 0-4, or sees Chubb out for the year, do we honestly think he isnāt aware of the changes that need made? Hell no. He knows it. We ALL know it. At the beginning of the year, like every year, he believed this team could reach the playoffs, Iām not gonna fault him for that. Thatās his job. He wants to put a product on the field that teammates and fans can be proud of. I don’t ever want management to do what the dolphins have done. Theyāre a joke, their fans know it, there team knows it. Tanking doesnāt get you championships. Just look at the colts. It makes you look weak and allows everyone to question your credibility.
I want a team that believes, not a team counting the weeks to free agency. Elway is not the problem, the vets that have developed an attitude of doubt are the problem. We have a losing culture in that locker room and it sucks.
I believe in our youth. I believe in what the young players have said publicly. Theyāre owning up, being accountable and trying to find ways to improve. Iām excited to see Lock this year, Iām excited to see our backfield, our young receivers, Risner and the youth on this team motivate each other to get better. I believe in Elway, and I believe in THIS coaching staff. They will turn it around. Probably not this year, but this fan base needs to believe in Broncos Country. We are a proud fan base and it sucks right now, but Iām sick of hearing negativity. This team has a lot of young talent and I canāt wait to proudly watch them every damn Sunday this year.
Keep your heads up Broncos country, our future will be bright.
Sir Jerald Jeudith
Hey guys,
Quick question, if we were only see Drew for 6-8 games, is that enough time to make a decision on his future with the Broncos? We knew coming in that he was going to be a bit more of a developmental QB, but if we end up taking a QB high in the draft this year then what do we do with Drew? Keep up the good work guys.
BroncoNuggs
With this lose do you guys see us trading away some of the veteran players we have? I say at very least we should trade von for 2 first round picks. Would anyone be willing to do that do you think. What could we get for some of the other guys?
The Matrix
.
First off worst bday present ever. I turned 30 o. Sunday against the jags. Iām tired of this team looking flat, Iām tired of the lack of depth at every position.
Iām tired of this team.
At this point , just play lock. There is nothing that joe provides over drew. No pre snap adjustment, no athletic ability to create,
Once hes healthy play the kid,
Worst of all my beautiful gf, got me tickets for next weekends chargers game, and Iām honestly tired of throwing money at this team when theres no effort of change. Oh and bradley chub is out. I really do hope that we give vic a chance to rebuild this team.
FML and bleh about this team.
Also been gone for a min. What’s the change to Dnvr about?
Sunny Rain
Alright, so I’m gonna move on to the 2020 Draft since this season is toast.
The question I have is what would you prefer:
Tackle (Walker Little or Andrew Thomas), DE (Chase Young), or DT/NT (Derrick Brown or my favorite as #1, Raekwon Davis?)
I like Davis because he has pass rush skill and he simply can’t be moved as a DT/NT. Even double teams don’t root the guy out. Plus, he can play a 5 tech DE in a 3-4. Dude is 6’6 – 315, and nasty nasty nasty. I want to say we pick an OT, but I doubt we’d use pick one that high.
Btw, I don’t include QB because I think no matter what, Lock is gonna get a longer look. Outside of Tua, none of these guys really move the needle and Tua has his own minor issues to fix. Plus, he’s not Elway’s type of QB. He’s accurate AND mobile.
Harry Urban
Hey Guys,
I’m no Cullen4Mullen, but here is my attempt at a Couplet.
No more maybes, ifs or buts,
The Broncos now, clearly suck.
I honestly cannot think of anything else to say.
World of Suck
I appreciated Maseās post-game take that the rebuild is already started and that it started with the 2018 draft. I agree! Just look at Sunday, where guys from the last two draft classes accounted for every rushing yard and 2/3 of the receiving yards for the Broncos.
There is no doubt that past-Elway ruined the 2019 Broncos roster. But when we evaluate Elway, we need to ask “what are you doing for me now?” And the answer is the present-Elway is doing everything you could ask for to set up the 2021 Broncos and beyond for success.
To illustrate my point: over the course of 5 drafts (2013-2017), the Broncos brought in 2 above average starters. Justin Simmons and Andy Janovich (that is… if you count Jano as a starter). You could make a strong argument that there are zero Broncos draft picks on the roster that are currently in their prime. Yikes.
But…Elway has turned that around by producing above average starters out of the early rounds of the draft with guys like Chubb, Sutton, Risner, and Fant. That’s not even including Phil as an undrafted FA or guys like Lock, Jewell and Winfree or others who could become above average starters in the future.
Even if you look at moves like the Flacco trade, I still like the move! Flacco is the only thing separating the Broncos from teams like Miami and Washington. Yes, we’re losing every week, but we are remaining competitive, which is important for the development of these young players.
As long as he puts out Grade A draft classes, Elway needs to stay. The guy who caused the problem is *already* fixing it. Trust the process!
SirJamesRadio
I couldn’t agree with you more bud! Great points! Glad to see I’m not alone in that opinion.
Va Beach Broncos
If Flacco is the only thing standing between us and teams like Washington and Miami, that means we should bench him immediately.

Do you hear that? Those are not the cries of Broncosā Fans. No that is the nascent wailing of Count Lockula being born. His barbaric yawps are soon to fill the void of a quasi-full stadium.

The news was just devastating. I had the same reaction as mase, I texted my friend immediately that season is over and itās time to look to the future. This news is especially sad, because I feel as though Bradley was the guy who was playing the hardest throughout the season(maybe Kareem has as well). Iām really curious yalls thoughts on what you truly believe John is thinking about what to do with this season, not what he should do. We all know that he probably knows what to do, but his desire to not lose has been hindering him from doing so. Broncos country needs to rally around Chubb, heās the next great one for us if he can come back healthy.
SirJamesRadio
I don’t see what the fuss is about, they make pills specifically designed to help when one loses their Chubb.
Trying to bring some kind of humor to this.
Mase! Since you seem to be my only Ally on this, we need to get the word out on #Bomb4From! I don’t want to #Tank4Tua and I really don’t to #Bustin4Justin (even the hashtag sounds bad)
Also, and I’m sure this will be the one I catch some heat on, but I’m still pro Elway as a GM. He’s only hired 1 dud of a HC. John Fox lead to division championships/SB appearance, Kubes lead to a SB win before health forced him to step down. Vance Joseph never happened. It was a bad dream, Denver just didn’t schedule any games for 2017 and 2018 okay? The man built the highest scoring offense of all time and a defense that is in the conversation of G.O.A.T. and we forget that was done in the span of 3 seasons. He’s now stacked 2 good draft classes together in a row. I still believe in him.

You know, the Chubb injury could be a good thing to happen to us. Say Malik Reed goes out there and Shaq Barretts this season. Gets 10. I mean, just what if?! Then you have a situation in which, if I’m GM, Von Miller looks REAL EASY to throw out. Then you have two fine pass rushers, draft capital, and money!!! Other than that, some thoughts:
1. After the game, i couldn’t help but think, there’s one player, who isn’t a QB, who would have us at 4-0 and I’m not taking arguments. The whole roster is the same except one guy. Ray Lewis. Not even his level of play. If you simply had his leadership in the locker room this team would be undefeated right now. He carried his team. From entering the league to leaving it, he led. It’s time for the rookies to make a stand. And anyone who isn’t on board goes.
2. There’s two things the Broncos could have done, other than get a sack in a clutch moment, to get the W over Jacksonville. Open the wnd half with a run heavy, powerful scheme and show me why Jano was there today. Also, manage the clock better like ANY FAN WOULD HAVE.
3. Reserved
4. I’m thinking about doing some online college for journalism. Any tips for what i need to be able to accomplish that?
BroncoTerp
Hey boys. Literally writing this after hearing about Chubb going down via the pod. Dagger. I hate to say it but yes, light and match and start the fire sale. I’d keep Von if possible (its just too hard emotionally) but everyone else is on the block. It’s been way too long for Elway and Co. To keep kicking the rebuild down the road and hopefully this finally this is the wake up call. If we’re gonna be bad let’s get some pieces for the future and see what we have in house. In your opinion who are the unsung guys youd personally like to see get some PT? I need a Rudy to root for.
Between my Terps (yikes…) and Broncos it’s been a rough two weeks. I just want a decent football team to root for again. Keep up the good work. I’ll be listening.
Trevory13
(Sort of?) long comment but thought it might make for a good discussion on the pod.
Mase mentioned Vic’s need to adapt his defense to the personnel. And of course that’s part of a coach’s job, finding out how his players mesh with his philosophy. But I’m wondering if it’s not better for the Broncos to play the defense exactly as Vic intends and see which guys can execute their roles without needing to make adjustments. You can help guys like Shelby Harris and Todd Davis for some short term gains but if they’re not going to be in your long term plans and the season is over, aren’t you doing the organization a disservice by catering to their weaknesses instead of finding out if you have other players who can fill those roles? I think there’s real value in young players knowing what to expect and everything staying on message. The rest of the season is all about evaluations, I would give as many guys as possible the chance to sink or swim. Thoughts?
Hereās what Iāll say about this team rebuilding, itās like whether youād live in a house with a massive termite infestation and no exterminators in the world. Would you rather painfully sit in that house as it slowly is is eaten apart and by the infestation of losing until it finally crumbles after years or would you burn the MFer down and have the whole house rebuilt loser termite free from the foundation up. One ya insanity the other is common sense and we all know which is which.
Trevory13
My advice to everyone: just enjoy watching the young guys make plays. Itās made this a much more relaxing experience for me.
The āmiddle quintetā (three DL and two ILBs) looks like a black hole right now. They need to find 5 future starters there. Need size up front and speed behind them.
On the other hand, big shout out to Duke Dawson. Heās been in the system for just over a month and overall played a heck of a game. With Bausbyās recent emergence and Dawson showing something, itās possible the Broncos found a couple building blocks. Looking forward to seeing more from those two.
These are the things that should keep fans engaged. 12 games left gives young guys a lot of opportunities to prove themselves to this coaching staff, and there will be 1 or 2 guys emerging as future building blocks who we probably arenāt talking about right now. That will be fun. Embrace the process, everyone!

Hey Guys,
Greetin from Scotland(not a typo)
Another soul destroying end to the game with whatever powers that be doubling down with Chubb’s and Jewell’s injuries. We finally hit our 20pts. We took a commanding lead(for us) into the 2nd half. We got 5 sacks. It all looked so good. Taking the devasatating 3rd quarters defensive issues out the equation, I’d like to ask your take on the offense.
I haven’t been able to confirm the stats I need so excuse me if I’m wrong on this. Leading into week 4 we were all unhappy with the lack of urgency(fine if your winning as it eats that clock) but we were high up the leaderboard in Plays per Drive and Time per Drive, so that could be looked at as good game management(which we know Joe to be?)but no real outcome at the end.
This week there appeared to be urgency that got us up and running and that elusive lead. However after the turnover and some quick 3 and outs allowing that 10+ min jags possesion(I think) would it then have been wiser to slow it down again to control the game. Is this down to Joe or Scangs? And where do we go from here… Are we a better offense when we speed things up or do we need to adjust better based on what’s happening.
Regardless of how it ends up this year got to stay positive.
Thanks as always for the great content and love the rebrand.

These are tough times. My username feels like a cruel joke now considering it feels like everyone is FWing us these days. Itās terrible to see Chubb go down. On the bright side, at least it happened now. Hopefully he will have plenty of time to rehab and get back into football form before the start of next season. Enough of this damn injury bug!
I am curious what you guys think about the potential of Fangio losing the locker room and what that could mean for next season? I may be a homer, but Iām with the crowd that believes Fangio will need a season or two to implement his scheme and get personnel who can successfully execute that scheme. With the season trending the way it is, I fear that some players may carry their frustrations into next season and not completely buy in. Worries for another day I suppose. This season is dark and full of terrors. Keep up the good work guys!

Hi guys!
First, I hate to hear the news on Chubb. That really sucks because he’s one that has the heart to keep battling no matter what. He will return better than ever.
Second, if CHJ does get traded, what are thoughts on a WR? AJ Green? Just kicking my thoughts around.
Third, it’s very tough to come into a new situation as a coach. I have that experience, not on a level such as this, but I was part of a new staff in Texas that struggled the first year. You are dealing with what is handed to you as far as players etc, and expected to just start winning. These things really do take time and once he gets his players/system in place then that’s when you can really evaluate. It’s about the Jimmie’s and Joe’s not the X’s and O’s in most cases.
Let’s have some fun this year!

Hey guys!
I have a behind the scenes question (understand if you wanna skip this one): are you guys naturally Broncos fans or did you have a favorite team that you grew up with that arenāt the Broncos? If you are Broncos fans, do you ever have a hard time covering them without any bias?
On a personal note, my girlfriend and I have been looking at where weāll live once weāre done with school and we have officially settled on the Denver metro area! My master plan to work in marketing for DNVR and to have Breck Brews cater my wedding is slowly coming to fruition lol. Seriously though, canāt wait to come to the tailgates and watch parties.
Sorry for the long comment today, hope you three are doing well and thanks for the great content.

You know how everyone thinks that the world is conspiring against them at times? Like nothing fits into your plan or the exact worse things happen? Like the world around you all about you.
Well everyone is wrong – that canāt be true – because itās clearly all about me. Iām coming all the way from Australia to watch two games for the first time, and fuck me, most of the players I wanted to see win games in Orange and Blue probably wonāt be on the roster. Maybe Iāll get lucky and they get traded to the Titans or Kansas.
Thank god for the prospect of tailgating….
I had a very long rant about randomness typed out but deleted it because I figured no one wants to hear from some tosser from Australia carry on about influence on outcomes again.
So Iāll keep it brief – is our interior line big enough? I had understood that the NT particularly, but the ends as well, needed to be very big immovable bodies, with speedy, ranging line backers. How are Wolfe, Gotsis and Walker sized to handle the end position on run downs? Am I missing something here?
Lovethunderdownunder
Sorry – my post 0-4 anxiety meant I missed several words in my post. I meant is our interior line big enough in reference to the 3-4 scheme.

LTDU, last October I spent all our Christmas money and took my two youngest boys to their first (and only) NFL game, Denver vs. St. L. It was the 2nd coldest October game in Denver history, we lost, and it was *still* an amazing time! Find a DNVR get-together, and I’m sure you will have an epic experience.

Hey boys. God bless Bradley & Malik & DNVR!
BehindEnemyLines
A couple quick housekeeping notes first.
1, Happy Locktober 1st!
2, Harsh news about Chubb but if he has to miss 12 games, this is probably the best season for it.
3 is for Mr. B
4, The drama of this loss felt like delayed karma for the Tebow season. And the Bears game did even more so, since they’re one of the teams we snagged one from! Ouch.
5, I always assumed BSN stood for Boulder Sports Ninjas… DNVR must be Drew Now, Vic, Right?
Okay, my real comment.
I’m a Behavior Analyst. In my field, we’re concerned with understanding how all human behavior works, and I for one am very concerned with the apparent Fangio approach so far. I think I remember hearing that he doesn’t like to be ra-ra during games and so forth and does his coaching in practice, which makes sense coming from the booth. At the time I assumed someone else would fill this a-ra role (like Munchak), but it doesn’t sound like that’s happening. Half of getting a good performance from someone is about making sure they know how to do what you’re asking of them, and that’s what you get from practice. But the other half is motivation in the moment. I was expecting Fangio to be like Belichick where players go out there knowing if they make the big play, or even just do their job really well, they’ll get that elusive approval or even congratulation from him. And they also know if they screw up, he will be a cold grumpus, and maybe cut them. It sounds like Fangio isn’t doing either, and stands on the sideline hands-on-knees. Firing people up and reacting when they get back to the sideline doesn’t HAVE to come from the head coach, but it has to either come from the person in charge (coach or QB) or the person doing most to pull their weight, and Flacco sulked that opportunity away Sunday. After all, Flacco’s been better than I expected but he hasn’t elevated the play of those around him. On the other hand, Tebow and 2015 PFM were hot garbage but elevated the play of the other 21 so much that their one weaker performance still got W’s.
So, to summarize, I’m worried this team will remain an uninspired dud until someone starts firing them up. Then, you might see a big turnaround, fast. And I’m hoping Lock’s the dude to do it–regardless of his own stats.
(It almost could have been Phillip Lindsay, but someone had that quote a few weeks ago that no one would listen to a second year player like him as a team leader? I knew we were in for a world of hurt when I heard that.)
Mike Trout
We are going to be a great team soon, we have a coach that is not going to sugar coat anything and we have a young core of guys who have a passion for the game and for THIS TEAM. I know its cliche, but seriously if you cant handle something at its worst you shouldn’t reap the benefits of it when its at its best. I will never understand the overwhelming negativity from fans, especially if you step back and look deeper than the record there are things to be excited about.
I will leave you with this, I bet a whole lot of people don’t remember the 2010 season, but love the fact that we have had Von for the last decade. Cant really have one without the other, ironically we wouldn’t have the SB ring too…… #postivevibes2k19
GottaChubb4Von
Well, god damn, does anyone know what to do when their Chubb is torn mid way through? Because ours pushed on and nearly got the job done. Story of my life really š
In all seriousness though, gotta feel for the man, all that work these guys put in, hard to watch it snatched away because the body wonāt let you compete. At least one positive is, that it was week 4 not week 17, which would have led to him missing time next season when we have, dare I say it, ābegun to rebuildā.
I do have one question, what is the value (picks/players) of the following players;
Miller
Sanders
Harris
Flacco
Huerman
Parks
Just some guys that could be dealt maybe. Love your work guys, I know itās tough when the team is in this state but I will always continue to wake at 4am each Monday to watch the orange and blue.

Guys, I think some fans are a little naive to how long this rebuild will take. This roster has so many holes, you can’t fix it in one or two drafts. Sure, 2018 and 2019 were better than the previous four drafts but there are a lotta questions about these guys. They have to get more picks in this 2020 draft, its going to be loaded w/ talent. So I am all for unloading Sanders and Harris, you have to. In regards to Von, if we don’t trade him, do the Broncos pick up his option in 2020?

Monday: The Broncos lose to the Jags
Tuesday: Bradley Chubb out for the season

We wanted to score 20 points. Well we got them and lost
We wanted a big early lead. ⦠well you see my point

Crushing couple of weeks for this team, but Iām of the opinion this is when the boys in orange and blue need the fans even more. It sucks for us, but itās insurmountably worse for them.
Few questions for you guys;
1. Ben Albright has tweeted out a few times the huge dead money hit than would charge if Avon is traded this year, basically making him untouchable this year. Where do you stand there?
2. The time table for Drew and when he can start practicing is kind of confusing with IR. When can Drew start practicing again? I thought it was two weeks prior to week 9, but apparently it isnāt? (Sent a tweet with an article and a thread on Twitter this morning).
Thanks for helping keep us sane through the darkest time in Broncos history guys.

They should allow college players to rep companies. Then you could have Strawberry Hebert Deserts, Jake Fromm Statefarm, anything is on the table.
Down the Gooch
Hello,
I havenāt had much to say recently. I donāt recognize this team. They donāt believe in themselves and so how am I supposed to believe in them?
I do want to point out a few things however.
For those calling for Flacco to be benched in favor of Lock I have this to say. You are out of your minds if you think benching Flacco will solve the teams issues. There is absolutely zero evidence to suggest that Lock will play any better than Flacco has to this point.
Flacco didnāt allow 200+ yards in rushing.
Flacco didnāt allow Minshew to scramble around for days in the backfield waiting for someone to come open in the end zone.
Flacco wasnāt responsible for allowing the Jags to eat up the entire 3rd quarter with one drive.
Yes he threw an interception. That play didnāt decide the game.
The bottom line is that Flacco has stepped up and done his part when it mattered. The failing has been on the defense in both of these close games. They couldnāt close it out and that is on them. Not Flacco.
Iām sick of hearing millionaires complain that they are not getting paid enough when week after week they fail to play up to their potential. Itās a bad look to come out asking for more money when you are not playing well enough to deserve it.
You want to earn a better contract? Show it with your play on the field. If the defense was getting paid as well as they played that second half they would be on government assistance right now.
Orange and Blue Devils
If you look at the construction of the coaching staff, is it really that surprising that we are not doing well? I personally think they will get it together eventually. BUT, look at Kyle Shanahan, Zac Taylor, Anthony Lynn in his first season. None got off to a great start. I think it’s more difficult to be a first-time head coach than one might think. Sean McVay hit the ground running, but he brought on a very experienced defensive mind to coordinate the defense so he could focus on the offense plus some additional coaching duties, but he did not have to focus on everything at once. Look at our staff — first time head coach, our defensive coordinator looks to me like no more than a figurehead, our offensive coach is not particularly experienced and has never been a play caller at the NFL level. Add that to Fangio having to get used to being on the field and seeing the game from a different perspective. And this group took over a below average team with some personalities — let’s face it. As I mentioned, I think the staff will get it together. This group, unlike VJ, shows some substance. They seem analytical. Scangarello in particular really seems smart. I’m a Bronco fan no matter what — I’m even coming in for the Cleveland game (will I see Drew Locke’s first start??) – but now looking forward to basketball season š and hopefully a little bit of positivity.

Hey guys I’ll keep this short. Just a couple quick questions for y’all
1. Is it possible that they are ignoring the run game in the second half in some effort to restore fans faith in Flacco?
2. If drew doesn’t get hurt in the preseason is Joe still the starter going into this week?
3 is fir Mr. B
4. I know Drew looked good in his last two preseason games but based on what you guys saw in training camp is he ready to be a starter? I haven’t loved Flacco thus far but I also don’t believe in change for change’s sake either. Would love to get your thoughts.
Thanks for the amazing coverage as always guys.

START BRANDON ALLEN NOW! (v. 3.0)
Okay, now that we’re 0wen Four, *and* missing one Bradley Chubb, can we please bench Mr. Flacco? Not because Allen will get us to the playoffs, of course, but because if we’re rebuilding, why in the world wouldn’t you replace anything that isn’t working?
And make no mistake, Flacco isn’t working. His number are alright, but you’ve all been expertly pointing out what he isn’t doing, what he might not be capable of doing, and that’s bringing excitement to this team, and to this city. Whether it’s his body language after a touchdown(!), or his lack of confidence in his own defense, the QB is the most important ingredient to this team’s success that isn’t named Fangio, Elway or Trust, and it just isn’t working.
All of the comments you’ve made about Flacco isn’t about his lack of skills; it’s about his lack of passion, his heart. And everyone’s counting down the weeks to Lock, not because Lock’s the answer (we don’t know), but because Joe’s *not* the answer (we do know). So why on God’s green earth are we keeping him out on the field?
A previous commenter stated that Flacco’s the only thing keeping us from being on par with the likes of Miami and Washington. Well guess what — that’s not a good thing anymore! We’re no longer competing with Oakland and LA, we’re competing for the #1 overall pick.
If nothing else, it will give the offense 5 weeks of working with an inexperienced quarterback who hasn’t taken a snap in the NFL yet, a skill set that I’m sure is different than working behind the predictably experienced Joe Flacco until Week 9. I can think of several reasons to bench him. I can’t think of one to stick with him.
FANTasy Fiasco
Are the Broncos taking Theo Riddick off IR when he’s healthy?
Is Theo or Devontae more likely to be traded?

Hey boys, I wanted to touch on the generation gap issue on this team, and especially the offense. I was rewatching the game and after Fants TD he was understandably hyped! After he dismounted the railing and turned to celebrate with his boys he was greeted by Lindsey and Risner equally hyped to congratulate him. Meanwhile vets like Flacco and Leary are kinda just sauntering around maybe high fiving and lackadaisically make there way back to the bench. Mind you, this is Fants first nfl TD! How are you not jumping up and down with the kid if yer these vets?? That lack of excitement is absurd and a huge problem. Risner and Lindsey should be captains this year, they have earned it.
Also we need to get bigger on the defense, period. What if we started Wolfe Purcell and Harris on the line? Would that help at least in short term? Then Gotsis, Jones, and Walker could be in for pass downs.
Love you boys thanks
