It’s cut day.
The Broncos have until 2 pm Saturday to cut their roster from 90 players to 53. Once players who are cut clear waivers 24 hours later, Denver will have a chance to build their 10-man practice squad.
From 2004-2014, at least one undrafted free agent made the Broncos’ opening day roster. Kyle Peko restarted the streak in 2016, Jamal Carter made the roster out of camp in 2017 and Phillip Lindsay turned into a star in 2018. This year, Malik Reed is a lock to continue that streak.
Here’s an updated list of Broncos who have been cut so far:

*Note: After Zach Kerr, Dekoda Watson, and Nick Williams were let go earlier in the week the roster was down to 87 players before new trade acquisition Duke Dawson was added today, bringing us back up to 88.
