Makar is awesome and at this point might have gone higher than 4. He takes the sting out of this year not getting higher than 4.
He’ll be a great addition but…at some point someone has to takeover for the Avs and lead. We can’t keep saying wait till we develop, wait till we get Makar, wait till free agency.
Wait till and potential gets you…an embarrassing 4-0 playoff loss. We need players right now to takeover and win.
No participation trophies.
Accepting making the playoffs as a win isn’t a great strategy.
I wish we didn’t have to get kicked in the teeth before waking up and pushing back.
