Colton Strickler kicks off the show with ‘The Breakdown’ by talking about the most recent Major League Rugby news and takes you through all of this weekend’s fixtures besides Round 3 of the Bledisloe Cup because he forgot about it until he was writing this description. After ‘The Breakdown’, Colton talks with USA Eagle Hope Rogers about her path to rugby, her rugby resume, and what training has been like as the USWNT prepares for the 2021 Rugby World Cup. Following the conversation, Colton (sort of) gives everyone the week off of some ‘Required Reading’ and closes the show with some important information in ‘The Loop.’
Hope Rogers is a prop for the United States Women’s National Xvs and 7s teams. She was a four-time National Champion at Penn State University and has earned 17 caps for the Eagles. She was a member of the United States team that finished in fourth place at the 2017 Rugby World Cup and has been a regular on the sevens circuit since 2017.
